Shipping and Refund Policies

Domestic Shipping

USPS shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on package weight and shipping destination.


Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, please allow up 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped. This excludes weekends and holidays. As a small business, we appreciate your patience and consideration. 

There are two delivery tiers for domestic shipping:

Standard

Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 6 business days from time of shipment

Price Range: $4.90 - $29.90

Expedited

Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 3 business days from time of shipment

Price Range: $14.19 - $29.90

 

Sales Price Protection

As a small company, we do not offer price protection for orders placed before our sales commence.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible, but no later then seven (7) days after the delivery date at service@airplanemodehome.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


We do not accept returns for items purchased through our retailers. Please contact the retailer directly to inquire about their return policy.

 

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, we will be happy to accommodate that request. Please note that all cancellation requests must be completed before item(s) are shipped. Order cancellations are not offered on personalized items. 

 

Wrong Address, "Return to Sender" & Stolen Packages 

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. All merchandise is shipped to the address input at checkout. If an incorrect address is input during checkout, please connect with us so we can update the address before the parcel is shipped.

If the items are already shipped but still in transit, please reach out to the shipping provider to request an intercept or redirection of the package. If a parcel is refused, a return will not be accepted. 

We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping provider can leave your parcel in a secure location or that someone is present at the time of delivery. All orders are shipped with tracking to allow our customers to adequately track their items and prepare for delivery.
